You have Table capture enabled on your model, but notice missing rows/columns or incorrectly captured data (eg: data from 2 columns merged into 1). You can train the AI to correct these errors. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot common table capture issues.

If you notice the first field in the example below, it has captured two field items in the same column. In this example, ‘Product Name’ and “Product Details.” Here is how you can separate these pieces of information as different columns.
- Drag the pink line and resize it to capture the first field only. You have now isolated the first field - “Product Name’. Repeat this for all the row items:
- To capture the second field, click on ‘Show Grid’ at the bottom:
- Select “Draw New Cells” to capture the second line of the first field.
- Draw a box over the field, and add the name of the new column you want to capture. Repeat it for all row items
- This is how your table capture would look now; you have successfully split the first field into two
- To assign column headers to the extracted data, select the column header and add the name you want:
- Repeat this process for all your test files, with at least 10 unique sample files with the same table to train the AI.
- Click on Train Model. Once the model is trained, you can upload new files, and your row items will be automatically added.
