You can now create groups of users within your team, and assign files to them for approval. You can also delegate approvals to other members within your team when you're away from work.
How do I do this?
Creating User Groups
1. On the Left-Hand-Side navigation panel, click on "Account Info", then click on "Team".
2. On the "Team Members" page, you will be able to create your own groups of team members, and assign each team member to a group. See the screenshot below for what this screen looks like.
3. You can now assign approvals to these groups of users. On Workflow -> Approvals, you can create approval rules where you can select the reviewers to be an entire group.
Delegating Approvals
1. On the LHS navigation panel, go to "Account Info", and then click on "Notifications".
2. Here, you will see the option to delegate your approvals to another team member while you are away. Selecting a team member here and saving the selection, will assign all files meant for you to that person.
3. Deleting the selection will switch off the delegation.
